Shri Ram Chandra (Ram Chand) Jangra was born in 1950 in Maham village, Rohtak district of Haryana. He is a Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and has been actively engaged in social, political, and rural development activities for decades.
In 2020, the BJP nominated him to the Rajya Sabha, strengthening the party’s base among the OBC community.
